Job DescriptionJob Description

We are looking for qualified Material Handlers to join our client’s warehouse team in Fife. This position will have you locating various items in the warehouse to fill customer orders. We wish to help you develop your career, and this position offers ample room to grow. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity.

 

Compensation: $18.50/hr 

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:30 am - 3 pm, OT as needed

Location: Fife, WA

 

Job Duties:

  • Take various materials (plywood, sheet metal, etc) and stage them in their correct spot in the warehouse

  • Use a pick sheet to determine which products to pick and how much of each product

  • Palletize and stack picked items

  • Occasionally load and unload trucks

 

Requirements:

  • Be able to lift, carry, and push 50lbs regularly, 75lbs as a team lift

  • Be able to pass a drug screen and a background check

  • Be able to report to work on time consistently

 

Benefits:

  • While on the temp-to-hire program, you will have access to a basic MEC plan

  • Upon conversion, you will gain access to our client’s benefits which include: full major medical, PTO, sick leave, etc.
