Job Summary:

Join our team as a Financial Service Representative, where you'll lead the charge in delivering top-tier customer experiences while managing their financial affairs seamlessly. Your role will encompass executing account transactions, resolving inquiries, and offering comprehensive guidance on our array of financial products and services.

Schedule:

Training: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Attendance is mandatory throughout the training period)

Regular Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and oversee customer account setups and management
  • Facilitate secure and efficient payment processing
  • Advocate for customers by initiating case resolutions for complex inquiries
  • Fulfill any additional duties as assigned by management

Education:

  • High school diploma or GED (Required)
  • Preference given to candidates with an Accounting degree, prior payroll experience, or previous banking roles

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrated professionalism in customer interactions
  • Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented approach
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Aptitude for critical thinking and decision-making
