Duties and Essential Job Functions:
- *Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and recommend appropriate products and services to members
- *Receive, process and post member financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, examine checks for proper endorsement with accuracy, and account transfers
- Perform a variety of miscellaneous tasks to include but not limited to issuing money orders, cashier’s checks, gift cards, sell postage stamps, etc.
- Assist Members with account maintenance items such as explanation of account history, payroll allocations, stop payments, check orders and change of address
- Maintain proper cash limits in operating cash drawer *Help Members with online and mobile banking enrollment and troubleshooting
- Deliver clear, concise and professional written and/or verbal communication to members and colleagues
- Handle member inquiries initiated in-person and by telephone
- Maintain proper confidentially of members personal information financial affairs
- *Adhere to LMFCU’s compliance requirements, which include the Bank Secrecy Act Other Federal Regulations
- Ability to commute to Middle River, MD
- Have flexibility with work schedule to accommodate others time off
