PROJECT CONTROLS ENGINEER

JCMS, Inc. is professional Construction Management Company in business for over 38 years. We have openings for Project Controls Engineers in the NJ/NY/PA/MD Metro Area.

Suitable candidates should have a Degree in Engineering or Construction Management with 3-8 years of scheduling experience using P6. Candidates must have thorough understanding of Project Management principles and experience in developing WBS, cost and resource loaded schedules and preparing schedule/cost/resource and earned value reports for infrastructure and commercial projects. Experience in rail/mass transit industry is desired. Previous experience with NYCSCA, MTA, NJDOT, NYSDOT, NYCDOT, MDDOT, NYCT, PADOT Wind Power and Septa is preferable. Must also have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and work with minimal supervision.
