Continuous Improvement: Stay current with advancements in control systems and automation technology to continually enhance the company’s manufacturing capabilities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field. 5+ years of experience in manufacturing controls, automation, or a related role. Proficient in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, etc.), HMI development, and SCADA systems. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, automation technologies, and control system design. Experience with robotics, motion control, and vision systems is a plus. Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations, including ISO 9001. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex control system issues. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
