High-End Client Acquisition Specialist - (Commission Based)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Identification: Proactively identify and reach out to potential high-end clients interested in relationship coaching through platforms like LinkedIn, industry events, and referrals.
  • Sales Calls and Meetings: Conduct engaging sales calls and meetings to understand client needs, build rapport, and present our coaching programs. Tailor your approach to resonate with each client’s unique needs.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, providing excellent customer service and regular follow-ups to keep them engaged and excited about our services.
  • Benefit Communication: Clearly articulate the benefits and value of our coaching services using compelling testimonials, case studies, and detailed program information. Show clients how our programs can change their lives.
  • Sales Closing: Utilize your negotiation skills to address client concerns, finalize agreements, and ensure successful client sign-ups. Your ability to close deals will be critical to your success.
  • Onboarding Coordination: Collaborate closely with the coaching team to ensure a seamless onboarding process, accurately capturing and communicating all client information to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Sales Targets: Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and commission goals by monitoring performance metrics and adapting strategies as needed. Your success is our success.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the coaching, wellness, or personal development industry.
  • Demonstrated success in client acquisition, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and tailor pitches accordingly.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve results.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
  • Passion for personal development and relationship coaching is a plus.
