Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative/Social Media Coordinator to join our team You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. Administer social media activities across a variety of platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve service issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • Administer social media activities across a variety of platforms
  • Facilitate digital advertising campaigns on Facebook, Google, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, Twitter (X), TickTok and other social media.
  • Handle projects

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer proficiency
  • Previous, on the job, experience with social media and advertising on social media.
  • Ability to properly respond to Google, Facebook and other social media reviews.
