Construction / Estimating / Estimator

Construction Estimator (Civil)

Up to $100,000 to start plus full benefits

In this role, you will support construction operations for a specialist in Heavy Highway Construction Contracting

As Civil Construction Estimator, you will:

  • Receive industry-specific training
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party service providers
  • Contribute to project planning processes
  • Estimate costs for labor and materials
  • Review construction projects plans and drawings
  • Perform material takeoffs
  • Contribute to vendor selection processes
  • Create proposals and price quotes
  • Maintain project files
  • Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

  • At least 1 year of Construction Estimating experience
  • A High School Diploma or Equivalent

Pluses:

  • An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, especially in Construction Management, Engineering or similar
  • Civil Construction Estimating experience
