Express Employment Professionals is searching for an Inventory Control Specialist to work with an Internet/Cable company located in Centennial, CO.  This position will work independently to manage inventory within a warehouse while collaborating with technicians daily for product pick-ups, orders and other materials needs.  They will also be managing all shipping and receiving efforts while keeping accurate inventory records and reporting to management monthly and quarterly. 

Highlights/Duties:

  • Manage 100% of shipping/receiving and inventory control independently
  • Forklift operation - use forklift throughout the day to move material and organize warehouse
  • Work with technicians daily to coordinate/track the distribution of materials
  • Shipping – coordinate daily pick-ups with technicians, - kit/stage product for local pickup
  • Collaborate with other warehouses throughout the country - ship product depending on surplus/deficit and product need/demand
  • Receiving – receive incoming product, organize/store throughout warehouse. Order supplies/product and store in correct places
  • Inventory management/reporting – log/track all product within Excel spreadsheets and computer software to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Report inventory levels accurately to supervision monthly and quarterly

What we look for:

  • Forklift operation is a MUST – will certify internally, but you must be able to safely operate a forklift
  • Must be comfortable working on computers and Excel spreadsheets
  • Comfortability working independently and owning accountability for performance
  • Collaborating with team members locally and nationally
  • Experience managing inventory accurately
