As an Insurance Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing a team of passionate and results-driven health insurance agents engaged in outside sales activities. Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional leadership, guidance, and support to the team, empowering them to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding service to our valued clients. This role combines strategic planning, coaching, and hands-on involvement in business development, client acquisition, and building enduring relationships within the community.

REQUIREMENTS

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the health insurance outside sales team, fostering a collaborative and empowering work environment that promotes growth and professional development.
  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to expand the customer base, drive revenue growth, and promote the importance of health insurance coverage.
  • Monitor the team's sales activities, track individual and collective performance, and provide ongoing coaching to achieve sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor offerings to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth in the health insurance sector.
  • Ensure that the sales team operates within regulatory guidelines, adheres to company policies, and maintains the highest standards of ethical conduct.
