Project Overview

  • To assist in quality assurance and compliance activities resulting in increased accuracy of contract data and minimization of manual efforts associated there with.

Job Functions & Responsibilities

  • Assist department with the communication of procurement policies and procedures
  • Assist with material for quarterly trustee meetings, finance meetings, and governance meetings
  • Assist with compliance efforts including policy changes

Skills

  • Able to work as part of a team; dependable, punctual and pleasant
  • Self-starter, ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while delivering solid action-oriented results quickly
  • Familiarity with knowledge area and the associated technologies, services, and practices
  • Able to schedule workday to see tasks through to completion in a timely manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficiency with tools such as MS Excel, SharePoint, and other office products
