Our growing company is looking for a Customer Support Professional with intense passion for our product to provide support for the sale of large high-rise condominiums throughout North America.  This position is based at the GreenField Direct, Inc. facility in Greenwood, NE.

Greenfield Direct is the maker of the PipeBurst Pro family of incredibly integrated home assets used for water leak detection, prevention, remote monitoring and control, and knowledge of water use.  It is critical that high-rise condominiums have not only effective leak detection, but in the event of overuse or worse, a pipe or water used device breaks; our products shut the water off and then alerts the homeowner, their security company, and even their building management team.  Our product provides peace of mind, protection against water damage, and the opportunity to control their system from anywhere in one of our customer’s most precious assets – their home

General Skill Requirements

We are looking for an individual that has the necessary communication and technical skills that provides a quality experience for our customers and clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the sales process and post-sales support to enhance productivity of the Sales Team and the Customer Technical Support Team
  • Variable travel – for customer visits, installations, and 2-3 trade shows per year
  • Flexibility for some possible weekend technical support for required install or customer support
  • Provide factory technical support before, during, and after the installation of our PipeBurst Pro system
  • Data entry for wireless devices on our proprietary web-based user interface
  • Develop and deliver system reports for the Sales Team and customers
  • Other duties that may be requested by the Sales Manager 

Qualifications: 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to quickly understand technical products and software
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the product and the brand
  • Ability to listen, probe and determine customer needs
  • Integrity, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic
  • Self-motivated, results oriented individual who can manage their workload and work independently
  • Superior teamwork skills
  • Proficient in Excel, Word & PowerPoint - knowledge of, or ability to learn Salesforce CRM
  • Prefer an Associate’s degree and/or 1-5 years related experience in sales/marketing
