We specialize in all types of exterior siding, roofing, window, gutter, etc installations, and can provide turnkey bids to GC’s.

 

Summary:

You will oversee all financial operations related construction activities. This could include managing crew pay, lien waivers, job costing, AR, AP, reporting, etc. You will be crucial to the internal functioning of Eagle Crest Construction as well as creating long-lasting relationships. You will be a strong team player, aligned with the belief in the mission and goals of the company. 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Process weekly crew pay collaborating with regional supervisors.

  • Manage accounts payable including inputting vendor invoices, manage aging, and processing payments.

  • Manage accounts receivable by submitting invoices to customer portals, collecting payments, and recording transactions. Partner with management on collections for overdue accounts

  • Conduct ongoing job costing analysis of current and past projects.

  • Create monthly and ad-hoc reports as needed by management.

  • Assist in planning, budgeting, and setting yearly goals.

  • Prepare monthly lien waivers as needed for jobsites.

  • Assist in development of new business lines through return on investment (ROI) analysis.

  • Maintain general bookkeeping standards, ensuring clean records through audits and controls.

  • Able to work independently as well as collaborate effectively as part of the team across all aspects of the organization, embracing and adapting to change with openness.

  • Adhere with all company policies and procedures.

  • Complete necessary company specific training.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience in the construction/home building field.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business.

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Must be able and willing to commute to the Eagle Crest Office 3 days per week

  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.


Preferred:

  • Familiarity with common accounting software and standard practices.

  • Proficiency in data analysis.

  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and commitment to quality work

  • Ability to meet deadlines effectively.

  • Strong work ethic towards accomplishing goals and ability to work in a team environment.

  • Demonstrates proactive and continual learning in evolving accounting practices.
