Description of Role:

We are seeking a temporary Human Resource (HR) Assistant. This role is responsible for the daily administrative and HR duties of the organization. Assisting with recruitment and benefits as well as provide clerical support.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Document the new HR operational procedures and standards
  • Online application & training leaders to meet new AAP guidelines
  • ATS Recruiting & reporting enhancements
  • I9 Audit
  • Job description audit and template enhancements
  • Ancillary benefit renewal and Sept Open Enrollment
  • Wellness Reimbursement Rollout
  • Term files digitized and any records removed according to the retention schedule
  • Total Rewards Statements

 

Skills & Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in an HR role or related administrative position
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of HR processes.
  • Proficient in HR software applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

 

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
