Responsibilities: The Accounting Clerk of Works plays a crucial role in construction projects. This is a person
(usually has some accounting experience maybe an associated degree) that goes to large TM restoration
projects and/or large commercial fixed price projects and clocks in/out temporary workers and logs all
equipment, materials, and transportation on the project.
Must have the ability to:
1. Use ERP system for data entries.
2. Effectively communicate progress in the field to the Field Administrator or Project Manager.
3. Assess issues and determine resolutions of the problem.
4. Able to perform work on weekends or after hours as needed.
5. Able to communicate with personnel in the field.
6. On call 24 hours a day 7 days a week unless prior notice is given.
Knowledge, Experience Skills Required:
*Log Clock In/Out for Temporary Labor
*Log MET Reports for equipment, materials, and transportation
*Microsoft Excel Experience
*Some construction field experience
*Bilingual (Spanish)
*Able to multi-task and work under deadlines
*Reliable and punctual
*Very strong computer and communication skills
*Must have reliable transportation
