Senior Operations Clerk

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Clerk to join our team at My Florida Corp Defunct. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with scheduling appointments and providing information on various programs and services.
- Provide customer service over the phone and in person, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Enter client demographic and other necessary information into our data systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Receive and respond to emails, faxes, and other correspondence, facilitating communication and client service.
- Attend staff meetings, conferences, and in-service training programs to stay up-to-date on policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Minimum of four years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center setting.
- Four years of experience working in a clerical or data entry role, with a focus on scheduling appointments and providing customer service.
- Bilingual, fluent in English/Spanish or English/Creole.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Five or more years of medical office experience, with a focus on women's health, dental, immunization, and WIC programs.
- Experience working with public or community agencies, with a focus on customer service and program support.
