We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as an ENTRY-LEVEL Commercial Lines Producer to specialize in Property and Casualty Insurance. This role is ideal for sales professionals seeking to enter the insurance industry as a sales agent. There is no need for a background in insurance. The ideal candidate should have a strong SALES background. The candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships. They should be highly motivated and driven, with a 'sales mentality' and a strong desire to succeed. Successful candidates will have contacts in the community who can be leveraged to build their business.

Job Description: The Commercial Lines Producer - ENTRY LEVEL SALES PROFESSIONAL will focus on new client acquisition and retention by providing tailored insurance solutions. This role is essential for driving the growth of our commercial lines through effective sales strategies and exceptional client service.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to attract and maintain commercial clients.
  • Network extensively to generate a steady flow of prospects.
  • Conduct client needs analysis to propose optimal insurance solutions.
  • Build and sustain long-term client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate policy issuance.
  • Remain updated on industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Meet or exceed sales and performance goals.

Qualifications:

  • INSURANCE EXPERIENCE NOT REQUIRED.
  • Proven sales track record.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Driven and accountable self-starter.
  • Quick learner with the capability to assimilate new information.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Sales Backgrounds:

  • Successful B2B sales experience, especially in financial services, real estate, or professional services.
  • Demonstrated ability to surpass sales quotas in competitive environments.
  • Versatile sales skills adaptable to diverse client needs.

Compensation Package:

  • Competitive base plus commission (on licensure).
