Position Impact

This position is responsible for introducing TAS to potential new candidates, helping them through the interview process and ensuring a smooth transition from candidate to employee. Finding the right talent, with similar values is critical to the success of the organization.


JOB DESCRIPTION

Collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. Able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and other sources

Work towards fulfilling staffing levels at each branch with qualified candidates, understanding the staffing trends at the assigned branches, to best predict turnover and disengagement with current models.

Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.


COMPETENCIES/SKILLS

  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
  • Solid ability to co
    nduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts
  • Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
  • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
  • Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
  • Assist in employee retention and development
  • Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events
Requirements:

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Three to five years of experience in talent acquisition with a focus on high volume recruiting


EDUCATION REQUIRMENTS

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, Human Resources or Recruiting certification


PHYSICAL/ MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to deal with a variety of variables under only limited standardization.

Able to interpret various instructions.

COMMUNICATIONS ABILITY:

Ability to compute with various levels throughout the organization. Working knowledge to communicate job requirements and answer candidate questions.

LANGUAGE ABILITY:

Ability to read and write a variety of books, magazines, instruction manuals and .Ability to prepare memos, reports, and essays using proper punctuation, spelling, and grammar.
