Connell Orthodontics would be nowhere without our treatment coordinator We’re seeking a qualified sales representative to work with our patients and make orthodontic treatment understandable, affordable, and possible. The treatment coordinator will have a strong understanding of the sales process and excel at generating leads, closing deals, building relationships, and being a memorable part of the patient’s day. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who has both strong interpersonal skills and strong financial understanding, and an ability to showcase our offerings in a warm and compelling way. Often tasked with building relationships within our community, the sales representative must be both personable and professional. We are looking for someone to be a part of our mission to create smiles that last a lifetime

Objectives of this role

  • Represent the company’s products and services, using consumer research as well as deep and comprehensive knowledge of how our solutions meet the needs of customers
  • Work with our office team to achieve weekly, monthly, and annual quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics
  • Generate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential patients
  • Develop and implement action plan using comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results in the field

Responsibilities

  • Maintain working relationships with existing patients to ensure that they receive exceptional service, and to identify potential new treatment opportunities
  • Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying calls, and manage patient cycle to close new business in all service categories
  • Possess in-depth product knowledge, be able to communicate that in layman’s terms and handle objections
  • Prepare and collect accurate reports, contracts, medical information, and legal documentation
  • Work with the office team to achieve sales goals by assessing current patient needs and following a defined process with potential patients
Company DescriptionDr. Todd Connell has been a part of the orthodontic community for over 25 years. In addition to treating patients at his practice, he also serves as an associate professor at Marquette Dental School. Dr. Connell puts patient care above all, even sharing his personal phone number in case of emergency. He knows and cares about each patient, which has grown the practice from treating individuals to treating generations. He cultivates a team that has open communication, and values each individual and what they bring. He also fosters a fun workplace and innovative ideas from the team. Connell Orthodontics usually has about 10 people on staff, 4 admin and 6 clinic.
