How you will make an impact as a Care Coordinator:
- Act as direct contact for patients through their recommended procedures
- Apply sales aptitude to overcome barriers or hesitations, to move patients forward in their Journey
- Manage cancellation and no-shows, giving personalized attempts for reschedule
- Prep all Sinus CT Scan Patient appointments with financial quotes and insurance benefit information for easy scheduling and forward progress of Patient Journey for procedure.
- Facilitate patient communication for their procedures, including insurance benefits/deposits, authorization status, out-of-pocket costs, finance options, and pre- and post-operative instructions.
- Comfortable and confident in the art of influencing to assist patient to move forward
- Comfort with quoting and asking patients to proceed with procedures and treatments
- Troubleshoot problems, brainstorm solutions, make critical decisions that directly impact ADVENT's patient care plan and impact business growth
- Collaborate across departments including clinical and reimbursement to ensure overall success with a high focus on our complete Patient Journey
- Plan and adapt with business growth and strategy, cross-training where necessary to accommodate different situations and locations. This may include virtual and/or traveling support in other market clinics or markets. Potential need to periodically work in clinics outside home market.
- Provide a raving fan experience to every prospect and patient, every day.
- Best in Class Customer Engagement experience in a sale driven environment.
- Experience with treatment outcomes and sales model
- Sales aptitude and orientation to overcome barriers or hesitations.
- Master influencer with unstoppable mindset and is exceptionally driven.
- Ability to manage cost conversations with patients.
- Experience with insurance and out-of-pocket patient responsibility preferred.
- High comfort level with medical terminology and comfortable with collaboration with MDs.
- Excellent skills in ability to prioritize multiple tasks with attention-to-detail and accuracy in work.
- Strong professional presence and business acumen, excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills, and organizational agility.
- Excellent time management skills, including ability to work autonomously and with minimal direction, anticipating needs and planning accordingly, taking initiative to organize and prioritize responsibilities and tasks to meet deadlines.
- Excellent skills in typical office applications, such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to roll up your sleeves with a can-do attitude and the willingness to do whatever it takes to help the business succeed, even if it's outside of your job description
