Your main responsibility…
You will process stock and customized configurations to customer specific specifications. This includes ensuring timely movement of products, providing proper communication to appropriate channels, and ensuring customer expectations are met.

Requirements
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Some college, certification or training from a Technical School and 0 - 6 months related experience as a Computer Service Technician
- Or a minimum 2 years of experience in lieu of education
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
