Job DescriptionJob Description

We are looking to hire an Office Manager to join our team You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage records and information.
  • Plan and maintain work facilities.
  • Provide administrative assistance to management.
  • Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.)
  • Maintain Calander
  • Create and distribute job proposals.
  • Light Bookkeeping duties
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in fast paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Previous experience in Home Services (remodeling, plumbing, electrical etc.) a plus
  • Light Sales and Marketing skills helpful
  • MS Office (Word-Excel)
  • Deep understanding of QuickBooks
  • Ability to work with Canva a plus

Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.

*salary is negotiable based on experience
