Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with regulations, permits, and licenses (TSA, NVOCC, HAZMAT, OSHA)
  • Develop supplier relationships with airlines, ocean carriers, and trucking companies.
  • Coordinate and control operations and logistics (transportation, receiving, dispatch, warehousing, customs, inventory, packaging).
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency.
  • Set performance goals and objectives.
  • Oversee and manage daily operations.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
  • Oversee the development of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Conduct SWOT analysis and supervise growth strategies.
  • Lead administrative areas (billing, collections, cash flow, HR).
  • Manage financial operations, including budgeting and financial planning.
  • Analyze financial data to optimize performance (P&L, accounts receivable/payable, costs, cash flow).
  • Oversee billing and collections to ensure accurate and timely revenue.
  • Implement cost control measures to improve profitability.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff.
  • Promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop and analyze internal and external KPIs.
  • Prepare monthly activity and revenue reports with proactive efficiency suggestions.
  • Lead sales data analysis for planning and forecasting.
  • Build and manage budgets, monitor results, and support decision-making.
  • Optimize operations, implement best practices, and enhance communication between departments and partners.
  • Manage risk by ensuring regulatory compliance and quality control.

Skills:

  • Must speak English
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA
  • Must have minimum 5 years of experience in 3PL management and logistics
