If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you Join REALLY as a Customer Experience Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role responsible for delivering a white glove experience to our wireless customers. 

* This position is based in our Austin, TX headquarters. This is not a remote position.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Take inbound calls/chats from potential and current wireless customers
  • Efficiently resolve various customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner
  • Provide accurate product knowledge and solution offerings to meet the needs of our new and current wireless customers
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement marketing strategies to drive new business and customer engagement
  • Cultivate customer loyalty through proficient account management
  • Continuously improve through feedback and coaching
  • Ensure new business and service targets are met 
 

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED Required
  • Knowledge of Google Suite Products
  • Preferred 1+ years of inbound or outbound phone customer service/sales experience
  • Ability to work efficiently with multiple applications and computer screens simultaneously
