Primary Responsibilities


  • Tracking all the orders for your centers, making sure each center has all the equipment and material requested by the lab manager.
  • Assist the VP of the laboratory with a calendar, meeting, orders and more.
  • Make the shipping labels when it's needed.
  • Receive and send all the packages that need to be sent to offices.
  • Book flights and hotels for any employee of the lab when this is required. 
  • Fill and update QC report every day.
  • Organize Lab Director schedule, Meetings, agendas, and travel.
  • Solve problems with the ability to prioritize and work autonomously, and the initiative to drive solutions.
  • Work independently and work under pressure at times to handle a high inquiry workflow.
  • To be in charge of the opening of new centers in materials, equipment and other implements necessary to operate.
  • Recruitment of personnel for new centers
  • Follow-up, implementation and improvement of the processes assigned by FDA.
  • Follow-up of hired personnel, evaluation, progress, employee improvement plans.
  • Search for suppliers and new products.
  • Contact and financial management with the office for some processes (head of operations and regional lab admin)
  • Management and review of laboratory utilities.Daily Tasks
  • Receive packages and match what was received with the orders sent at the beginning of the month.
  • Follow up and make sure the centers receive their orders.
  • Create the labels to ship to the offices.
  • Enter products into inventory.
  • Maintain constant communication with the managers and leaders of each center.
  • Organize and update the calendar of the director and Coo of the company with meetings, reservations, events and agendas.
  • Review of laboratory chambers
  • Provide support and help to each center with competent requests from the administrative area.
  • Work in the office at least during the hours of 8:00 a.m. M. At 5:30 PM but understanding that additional hours may be necessary.
  • Make flight and hotel reservations for each laboratory employee when necessary.
  • Shipping emergency orders 
  • Request of uniforms 
  • Repair and maintenance of each center's equipment.
  • Review Equipment file update by center.
  • Opening counts nitrogen, water, and argon.
  • Upload invoices divvy's card.
  • Update the lab employees file, check that the person is in the correct center, with the correct salary and the correct classification.
  • Creation of new mail centers
  • Separation of the company's personnel, review of their removal from all groups and platforms
  • Maintain the Nuvia team file updated with each employee, size, personal data, job title and position.
