What we are looking for:

  •  Setting up floorplan payoff
  • Stocking in all units purchased off the street and from auction/enterprise
  • Paying all transportation bills
  • Getting titles ready for auction for our dealerships
  • Posting payments for wholesale
  • Moving cars from TRAC/Rental to used car inventory
  • Billing all wholesale deals
  • Maintaining the 212 & 340 schedules
  • Backup for dealer trades, intercompany trades, new car inventory, floorplan
  • All other tasks/projects as assigned
  • Associate degree in accounting or a related field
  • Experience using a dealership management system (DMS)
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel Skills
  • A valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record is required
