We have two openings:

1) Personal Lines Account Manager Compensation: $16.40 - $23.50 (DOE) + benefits, Location: Great Falls, Montana Area (on-site; possibility for hybrid)

2) Personal Lines CSR: $12.83-17.23/hour + benefits, Location: Deer Lodge, Montana area

 

OVERVIEW

A fast-growing insurance company in the Great Falls, Montana, area is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager and a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to support clients with their home, auto, and other personal insurance needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance and excellent client management skills.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Develop and maintain relationships with personal insurance clients.
  • Manage client accounts, including renewals, policy changes, and claims.
  • Provide strategic advice and solutions to meet clients’ insurance needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Experience in personal lines insurance.
  • Strong client management and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle complex accounts and client needs.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
