Job Posting: Safety Trainer - Construction and Manufacturing Industry

Position: On-Site Safety Trainer
Location: California, Arizona, Nevada (50% Overnight Travel Required)
Industry: Construction and Manufacturing
Specialization: Fall Protection, Confined Space, Rigging, Lifting, Overhead Crane Operation, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Compensation:

  • $250 per day for a 4-hour training session
  • $450 per day for a full-day training session
  • Work schedule: 3-5 days per week

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Safety Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety training specific to the construction and manufacturing industries, with a focus on fall protection, confined spaces, rigging, lifting, crane operation, and general PPE. This role requires extensive travel mostly within California.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality safety training to construction and manufacturing teams, focusing on fall protection, confined spaces, rigging, lifting, crane operation, and PPE.
  • Travel to various job sites across California to provide on-site training.
  • Work 3-5 days per week, conducting training sessions as scheduled.
  • Earn $250 per day for 4-hour training sessions and $450 per day for full-day training sessions.
  • When not actively providing training, engage in sales activities to promote and sell our training services to construction companies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and construction site managers.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in safety training within the construction and/or manufacturing industries.
  • Strong knowledge of fall protection, confined spaces, rigging, lifting, crane operation, and PPE.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time within California.
  • Self-motivated with a strong ability to sell training services.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
