TEKsystems is seeking a Facilities Receptionist to join a large multi-national technology client in Cary, NC.

We are seeking a receptionist who can help with general office and facilities duties – unloading shipments, processing office supply orders, coordinating maintenance service calls for the office, mail sorting, etc. They are looking for someone who is professional, reliable and willing to get their hands dirty around helping with general office support tasks.

Day-to-day duties:

1. Meet, greet and ensure that all occupants and visitors have a positive experience at the site.

2. Ensure that all vendors and visitors receive the appropriate badges via the present AGES system and clearance to enter any and all spaces within the site.

3. Report any and all inconsistencies to the Lead Facilities Coordinator for corrective measures.

4. Order all breakroom supplies on a timely basis, while keeping stocking and keeping inventory of said supplies.

5. Maintain a sufficient inventory of office supplies to ensure the smooth operation and management of service delivery.

6. Receive all incoming USPS mail, FedEx and UPS packages in conjunction with the distribution of outgoing mail, while maintaining a current log of all activity.

7. Responsible for intake of work orders via the Tririga tool.

8. As per the request of the BU, provide visitors with temporary parking passes.

9. Perform other duties as required to support the operational effectiveness and efficiencies.

10. Ensure that the reception area is kept at a high level of cleanliness and organization at all times.
