We have an exciting opportunity to join our Corporate Team out of Plymouth, MN as a Sales Administrative Assistant This position has the option to turn into a hybrid or remote role after the initial training period. The Sales Administrative Assistant will play a pivotal role in our sales team’s success. You will collaborate closely with our Director of Sales and Acquisitions to drive revenue growth, develop and execute sales strategies to exceed sales targets and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Preparing correspondence and reports, some of which may contain confidential information.
- Preparing and presenting pricing analysis findings and data from industry standards, previous sales trends and competitors and provide actionable insights to drive sales performance and reports for decision-makers.
- Compare sales trends to previous periods and determine the cause for decrease or increase.
- Contact and follow up with Sales team on initiatives and collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales processes and improve efficiency. Prioritize, respond to and flag incoming e-mail messages.
- Set up sales meetings, trainings, and organize lunches. Help in planning and organizing customer events.
- Maintain macros, templates, and other department documents and SOPs to ensure accuracy and consistency of sales data.
- Prepare information to send to departments for new product launches.
- Become a broad product specialist.
- Champion our AD program for new hires and log conversions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is preferred.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Solid computer software skills (advanced Excel skills is a must.)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales processes is a plus.
