Plan, direct, and coordinate quality assurance programs, action plans, and formulate quality control policies to continuously improve product quality, reduce defects & warranty claims, improve efficiency, drive profitably, and enhance customers satisfaction.

Requirements:

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty to a competent level. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
  • Establishment and support of ISO certification
  • Support adherence to ISO requirements for document control.
  • Implementation and monitoring of QMS compliance
  • Support of adherence to all regulatory and certification standards
  • Understand, comply, and improve established company policies and procedures.
  • Implementation of quantitative data analysis
  • Approval of departmental procedures
  • Manage Corrective Action, NCR, process improvement, and auditing project implementation.
  • Collaborate with the Supervisors and Managers on the development & training on facility procedures, work instructions, and Quality & HSE requirements.
  • Manage the calibration program for Manufacturing and Quality Lab Measuring and Test Equipment
  • Manage the Document Control Process
  • Audit planning and coordination/ facilitate all internal, third party and supplier audits.
  • Lead quarterly Quality review meetings.
  • Oversite of QA lab activities
  • Support of Trials and Research and Development projects
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
