We are working with a leading player in the food and beverage industry, known for our commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional products and are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Quality to lead our quality assurance and control initiatives.


The Vice President of Quality will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the company’s quality assurance and control processes. This leadership role involves ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance while driving continuous improvement across all facets of quality management.


The VP of Quality will be responsible for:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies and policies aligned with company goals and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to set quality objectives and drive the company’s quality vision.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant food safety regulations and standards, including FDA, USDA, and other regulatory bodies.
  • Prepare for and manage audits and inspections, ensuring compliance and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Work closely with R&D and production teams to ensure new product development meets quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the quality assurance team to ensure high performance and adherence to best practices.
  • Drive initiatives for continuous improvement in quality processes, utilizing data, feedback, and industry trends.


The VP of Quality will have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Extensive experience (10+ years) in quality management within the food and beverage industry, with a proven track record in a senior leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations, quality assurance methodologies, and industry best practices.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive a culture of excellence.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
