The candidate should have a good working knowledge of Inventory Control, which includes product rotation, shrink, cycle counts, gross margin percentage calculations, markups/markdowns, etc. Background in a retail supermarket environment and/or big box store desirable. The ideal candidate must be a multi-tasking individual and be a self-starter, quick learner and have excellent customer service skills.
