Busy mortgage brokerage, looking for a loan officer to cover local real estate offices in New Smyrna Beach and Port Orange. The leads from this source will compliment your current business and get you to the number you need to be a successful loan originator. Candidate must have at least 2 years current experience in residential mortgage loan origination.

Loan officers are responsible for writing residential mortgage applications and following them through all the steps to closing with customer service being the top priority. We have an excellent processing staff who want your deals to close as much as you do.

Requirements:

-Valid Florida Mortgage Broker License and Florida Driver’s License

-2 years of residential loan origination

-Experience working with Encompass software a plus

Schedule: Independent Contractor

Compensation: **SIGN ON BONUS** 1st Month $3000 - 2nd Month $2000 - 3rd Month $1000 * Subject to Terms and Conditions
