Due to growth and succession planning, First State Bank Southwest, a progressive, growing banking organization, seeks a Chief Financial Officer in its Worthington, Minnesota, location.

The successful candidate should have a strong accounting background, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and be able to learn other software applications necessary to fulfill other duties as assigned.

This position would analyze trends, security transactions and measures, and provide reports and solutions to bank management and the board of directors. In addition, this position would promote a positive image of the Bank in the community through involvement and participation in community organizations.

If you have accounting skills, want to grow a bank, and enjoy living in rural Minnesota, this position is for you.
