Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our team, embodying the entrepreneurial spirit and values of our business. As a Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of our mission, overseeing and driving various construction projects to successful completion. You will be responsible for meeting clients, understanding their goals, drafting proposals, then managing the project by ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Strong Organizational Skills:

    • Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring that each receives the necessary attention and resources.

    • Maintain organized project documentation, including contracts, permits, and project plans.

  • Effective Communication:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

    • Clearly communicate project goals, timelines, and expectations to all stakeholders.

  • Attention to Detail:

    • Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

    • Identify and address potential issues or challenges before they impact the project.

  • Leadership:

    • Lead and motivate others to achieve project goals and deliver exceptional results.

    • Provide guidance and support, helping others develop their skills and grow professionally.

  • Time Management:

    • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all deadlines are met.

    • Prioritize tasks and resources effectively to maximize efficiency and productivity.

  • Adaptability:

    • Be flexible and adaptable in response to changing project requirements or circumstances.

    • Anticipate and proactively address potential challenges or obstacles.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager and/or Estimator in the construction industry.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficient in project management and construction software and tools.
