Job requirements:

  • Tour property and lease apartments to future residents
  • Prepare "model" apartment for showing to future residents
  • Maintain a clean, neat and orderly office and curb appeal
  • Develop and maintain an ongoing resident retention program under the direction of our Community Manager
  • Efficient and timely processing of all required administrative forms, reports, leases, notices, and related information
  • Friendly demeanor with superb customer service

Ideal candidate experience:

  • At least 6 months previous on-site apartment leasing work experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Certified Fair Housing
  • Working knowledge of Yardi, Kock, CRM, and other relevant software
  • Flexibility in work days and work schedule
  • Available to work weekends

All candidates will be background screened and must be eligible to work in the United States. Drug-free work environment.
