Job DescriptionJob Description

-Directs labor, coordinates, and supervises all aspects of insulation installations following company policy, contract documents, and safety regulations.

-Understands the scope of work and corresponding documents

-Inspect job sites for readiness

-Document all job site conditions, milestone dates, and potential problems

-Recognition, generation, and follow through with any necessary change orders

-Material Management

-Works directly with estimator and project manager

-Maintain and surpass job expectations

-Mentor new talent

-Ability to work with a diverse workforce
