Job Overview

The Gund Company is seeking a skilled Team Lead to oversee 3rd Shift operations in our electrical insulation manufacturing facility. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for coordinating shift activities, training machine operators, and ensuring efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and supervise a team of 4-6 machine operators
  • Coordinate the supply of materials to operators
  • Develop and train operators to improve productivity and quality
  • Troubleshoot machinery and end products to minimize downtime

Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in a production or supervisory role
  • Forklift experience and intermediate math skills required
