Our Hudson NH client that specializes in Automation equipment is hiring a sr. automation technician to help build and assemble custom equipment. ***Experience with plumbing and running tubing is needed***
- Perform sub-assembly by following production drawings.
- Read schematic following instructions to mount sub-assembly in unit.
- Run plumbing/plastic tubing with different sizes using flow schematic and CAD.
- Cut and bonded plastic tubing together , if needed, cut in sizes.
- Run wires together to put in terminal block and into power supply.
- Look up for parts and parts number in data and in CAD drawing.
- Flaring different sizes of plastic tubing with ferrules to put into plumbing line.
- Running air /pneumatic tubing to manifold point to point by following the drawing.
- Cut and bend tubing with heat gun and put into sub-assembly.
- Look up in CAD drawing to build up all unit and sub-assembly.
- Rearranged and work in 6S, 5S in production floor each day.
