About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Revolution Company. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime and ensure optimal performance
• Conduct thorough inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize operations
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent GED
• Minimum two years of experience in an industrial environment
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including every other weekend
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment preferred
• Strong math skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
