We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Navy customers via phone and email, recording interactions in the Remedy database (200-250 calls/month).
  • Log in/out and manage calls using the Contact Center Phone system.
  • Discuss shipment needs and services with Navy members, employees, or their agents via phone, email, or occasionally in person.
  • Finalize and gather necessary documents (e.g., DD Form 1299, customs forms).

 

​Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • At least 4 years in logistics, including 2 years with the Navy or Marine Corps.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) or ability to quickly learn military regulations.
