We are currently on the lookout for a committed Installation Specialist to join our team. In this position, you will oversee the customer journey throughout the installation phase, which includes scheduling, sourcing equipment, and nurturing relationships with both internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and schedule all installation operations and technicians
  • Ensure all prerequisites for installation are fulfilled prior to scheduling
  • Assess installation quality and adherence to Easy Ice standards
  • Source equipment locally or through company channels
  • Proactively resolve customer issues and guarantee timely service
  • Communicate efficiently with customers and internal teams through various means
  • Build strong relationships with all parties involved in the process
  • Monitor equipment availability and maintain high customer service standards
  • Utilize CRM systems for customer data and order management
  • Identify areas for process enhancement and provide outstanding service

Qualifications:

  • Associate's/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service
  • Proven track record of customer satisfaction and teamwork
  • Proficient in computer applications and telephone systems
  • Dedicated to continuous learning and problem-solving
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Team-oriented with a customer-focused approach
