Job Overview:

We're seeking an exceptional Team Leader for our Denver operations, who shares our passion for fighting climate change and disrupting the residential HVAC industry.

As the leader of our installation teams, you'll play a crucial role in prototyping and refining processes and procedures that will be implemented across North America.

You'll be responsible for overseeing the installation of heat pump systems, collaborating with engineering teams to improve the product and streamline the installation process, and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  • Install new heat pump systems, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Inspect and perform maintenance on existing HVAC systems to identify areas for improvement.
  • Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues, using your expertise to resolve complex problems.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and replacing filters, to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Test HVAC systems to ensure proper functionality and make adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and engineering teams to improve the product and processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and answering questions in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Train our team of technicians on the Jetson Home Inc. equipment and installation procedures.

Requirements:

  • You're F32 – National Standard Residential Mechanical – Class C licensed.
  • Proven experience as a team lead of HVAC installation teams.
  • HVAC NATE certification is preferred.
  • Section 608 Certification is preferred.
  • BPI certification is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
  • Familiarity with building codes and regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

Job Type:

Full-time, guaranteed hours.

Pay:

$100,000-$130,000 per year.
