Fragmented Nostalgia is seeking a Store Manager to join our team You will be responsible for overseeing and managing a mall retail space. In this position, you will work with primarily two other people to exhibit and sell our brand's products in a luxury based mall. Job Specific Notes:

  • Position is 4 days on, 3 days off. With each shift being 10 hours.
  • Saturdays are required for this role.
  • Position is solo coverage most days.
  • Long periods of standing may be necessary dependent upon customer traffic.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a small team of retail sales workers
  • Exhibiting wares to customers, from casual to collectors
  • Train, coach, and evaluate employees
  • Request merchandise based on customer feedback
  • Resolve escalated customer complaints
  • Opening and closing the store, cash handling, deposits.
  • Maintain visual appearance of the store and merchandise
  • Resourcing answers to role related questions and challenges.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures after approval.

​Qualifications:

  • Previous management experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields
  • Product Knowledge in Digimon, Sailor Moon, Cardcaptor Sakura, and Madoka Magica are strongly desirable
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and self-motivation
  • Excellent written and communication skills
