Marketing/Scheduling Coordinator

Marketing Coordinator

Managing Social Media Marketing

Creating and implementing in-office marketing strategies to generate buzz and engage our patients.

Creating and implementing marketing ideas to increase engagement with current and new referring offices. Includes delivering fun themed items, creating contests and consistently liaising by phone and in person with referring offices.

Creating and implementing marketing strategies to increase community awareness, including setting up and staffing community and school events.

Overall, increasing enthusiasm and excitement, and promoting our brand.

Scheduling Coordinator

Orthodontic office seeking energetic and experienced scheduling coordinator for our growing office.

Main responsibilities include:

Registering new patients

Patient screening forms

Answering phones and scheduling appointments

Posting payments and entering contracts

Accounts receivable follow up

Liaising with referring offices

Organizing and maintaining detailed patient records

Treatment Coordinator:

Meet with New Patients and follow up to generate starts and attain production goals

Meet with observation patients to follow up until treatment required

Generate ideas to increase production

Qualification and Requirements:

3 years Customer Service in an orthodontic/dental/medical office

3 years orthodontic/dental/medical scheduling experience

Knowledge of orthodontic/dental/medical insurance is preferred

Proficient in Microsoft word

English required, and proficiency in Spanish is a plus
