Fast-paced, multi-specialty practice looking for a *bilingual*, friendly, detail oriented, motivated, efficient, positive and energetic Patient Care Coordinator. Orthopedic spine experience, and personal injury experience a plus.

As a Patient Care Coordinator/Office Manager you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the medical office. You will support patients, doctors and staff through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. You must be able to complete all activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner.

**Must be bilingual and speak fluent Spanish**

**Responsibilities**
- **Must be able to work every other Friday in Altamonte Springs and every Saturday in Kissimmee**:

- **Must be bilingual and speak fluent Spanish**:

- Must be reliable
- Friendly and outgoing
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Update and file medical records and patient charts in the EHR.
- Chart preparation
- Arrange and send imaging orders, labs, booking sheets
- Retrieve Imaging Reports, medical records etc.
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms

**Skills**
- **Must be bilingual and speak fluent Spanish**:

- Superior attention to detail
- Proven working experience as a Patient Care Coordinator/Office Manager
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Orthopedic Spine experience a plus
- Personal Injury experience a plus
- Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures
- Efficiency in scheduling patients
- Social perceptiveness and patient oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficiency with Mac, in MS Office and patient management software / EHR

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Work setting:

- In-person
