We are a fast-growing electrical division committed to excellence in project estimation and execution.

The Jr. Electrical Estimator is responsible for reviewing, estimating and preparing electrical quotes and proposals;

                                     "MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH ACCUBID "

· Assist the lead or senior estimator in calculating labor and material costs for construction projects.

· Prepare initial cost estimates for services, products, and materials needed.

· Develop price schedules and bid proposals.

· Analyze project specifications and drawings to ensure accurate estimates.

· Collaborate with construction teams to understand project requirements.

· Forecast project duration.

· Review analysis reports and gather necessary information for estimates.

Qualifications / Skills

• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.

• Be understanding of the electrical industry.

• Entrepreneurial approach to problem solving.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Intrinsically motivated, detail oriented and not accept “second-best.”

• Possess strong interpersonal skills to work in a diverse, dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Self-motivated and flexible to accommodate changes.

• Excellent computer skills including a mastery of MS Office products and Accubid program.
