We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Marketing and Events Coordinator to be a part of our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of marketing initiatives and trade show events. You will play a crucial role in driving brand visibility, generating leads, and increasing customer engagement. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working as part of a team and also be able to take initiative and work individually.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • · Trade Show Coordination (Average 80-100 shows/year):

o Scheduling - Responsible for personnel registration & attendance

o Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of trade show events, including booth design, logistics, and on-site coordination

o Work with the sales team to ensure the best exposure pre, during, and post-show

o Monitor trade show budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effective execution

  • Marketing Campaigns

o Coordinate Marketing Efforts with Regional & Local Sales Team

o Assist with Yearly/Monthly Media Plans (Print/Online/Direct/etc.)

o Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including websites, social media, email newsletters, and print materials

o Conduct market research to identify target audiences, trends, and competitors to optimize marketing strategies

o Track and analyze campaign performance using relevant metrics and provide insights for improvement

  • Branding

o Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and trade show exhibits

o Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing and impactful marketing collaterals

 

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Similar
  • Self-Motivator with Problem Solving Mentality
  • Well Spoken with Great Communication Skills
  • Highly Organized with Ability to Prioritize Projects/Tasks
  • Must be able to work on a Windows based PC
  • Well Versed in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (Mainly PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom)
  • Skills in HTML, HubSpot, and photography a Plus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

This is moderately active role; this would require the ability to lift 30 pounds, open show crates, bend, squat, kneel, reach overhead, etc.
