As the Project Coordinator, you will be the liaison between the sales team, customers and operations to keep projects on track from start to finish. Qualified candidates will have 2+ years’ of relative work experience in project coordination, procurement, architecture, retail furniture, supply chain and/or the construction fields. Requirements & Responsibilities for the Project Coordinator:

  • 2+ years’ relative work experience in project coordination, procurement, architecture, retail furniture, supply chain and/or the construction fields
  • Experience working collaboratively with multiple business units and providing excellent customer service
  • Strong organizational, follow up and problem solving skills
  • Intermediate experience with Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Ability to read and understand floor plans, blueprints, and space planning documents is a plus
  • Passion for interior design is a plus

Compensation for the Project Coordinator:

  • Direct Hire
  • Schedule - Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
  • Salary - $26-28/hr (+/- based on experience) - eligible for overtime
  • 100% On-Site in Irving, TX
  • Benefits: health, dental, vision and life insurance, short- and long-term disability, employee assistance program, 401K, paid time off (PTO) and holiday pay, and more
